It’s been an exciting day with the Open House and snapping all the photos of the progress at the Heritage Hills 2-Story! Yesterday, I promised you photos of all the gorgeous details that have been updated since the last open house and these won’t disappoint!
Let’s start with a stunning photo of the exterior of the house. Siding, roof, driveway, & stonework detailing have been finished. Projects in queue are: Pillars, Front Door, Garage Doors, and Landscaping.
Did I mention this huge 2-Story rests on a 1.31 acre lot!?
Let’s take a closer look at that stone work! 😉
Now, only those lucky enough to see it in person today at the open house can tell you the true beauty of the interior; however, I’ll do my best to describe the quality of materials used and how they will harmoniously blend together once it’s finished.
Hickory Wood Flooring covers the main level of the home. Cherry Wood inlays accent the living room space and bring in the colors of the kitchen cabinets & woodwork throughout the entire home, (Cherry Wood). Here’s a look at the flooring – it is not finished and will darken once it’s finished and matured.
Cherry Wood cabinetry and custom built-ins give the kitchen an elegant and rich feel. Add to that dark Granite counter tops and you’ve got yourself a stunner!
Lastly, the “spectacular surprise” I promised yesterday… here is the ceiling and entry into the Formal Dining Room or Executive Office Space, (whichever suits your lifestyle). The color will darken and have more of a red hue once it’s finished, but it’s simply luxurious as it sits now.
This house is only going to get more beautiful as the next few weeks pass and we’re looking at a completion date in the last week of November. Stay tuned for information on progress, open houses, and overall excitement about this incredible home by clicking below to follow my blog!
I’ll leave you with a shot I took as I was leaving the open house today. The view from the front step…
Happy House Hunting! 😉
